Orientation and Onboarding

While the CPAs have been busy serving clients in tax season, I hope your practice manager or HR manager has used the time┬áto┬ámake sure your firm’s hiring practices are in line with current trends. I believe that onboarding, in public accounting, can take up to a full year.
