Leadership Flaws

I have done a lot of work with firms on the topic of communication. I have observed that the root of most problems within a CPA firm can be traced back to communication.
In my presentations to firms about communication, I use a list of 10 Fatal Flaws of Leadership from an HBR article by Jack Zenger and Joseph Folkman.
